Somehow growing up complicates and muddles up matters, here I enter the scene and create that much needed awareness of agenda and intent in all your communications ( written, oral, professional and personal). The result is a new YOU who is able to achieve the results from their communication.

The process is long and differs from person to person and team to team as the transitions needs to be activated and triggered in our Habits, Beliefs, Personality Types, Ethnicity, Experiences and several more of such overlapping parameters.

My story

From Challenges to Catalysis: My Journey in Transforming Communication

Since my childhood, I have been a keen observer of

people around me. Due to special circumstances, it

was left to me to make my informed decisions on

whom to trust, how much to trust and how to get my

work done.

Life became my teacher, and I turned out to be a

good student ( not in studies, though), this coupled

with my being an observant person, I would often try

to understand a person for more than its face value.

My voracious reading, a hunger which never gets

satiated, along with public speaking; debate training;

and writing for newspapers created a matrix on which

the tree of my future was sure to thrive.

As I branched out, bearing fruits of mistaken

judgements and blooming fruits of bang on correct

judgement, my understanding of humankind and its

deep roots got deeper.

Every teaching of life is for a higher purpose. When I

set out as a communication catalyst, my writing skills,

oratory, rhetoric, persuasive skills all culminated into

one. I truly bloomed and bore fruit then.

Every client, every session was a lesson, was an

affirmation that this is a life skill not a soft skill, it

should be known and shared with each and every

one.
